Hey all, was wondering what grade you would assign this coin?
Thank you!

Are these your pictures? If so, can you take the pictures directly over the coin? What case/holder is the coin in? Can you take the coin out of the case?

Agree. These pics almost look like two different coins.

I cant match this up to any know obverse die. obverse #1,2 & 3 the "S" is in line with the bottoms of the nines. die #4 the "S" is in line with the first 9 and lower than the last 9. it could be the angle of the photos. we need a head on photo with the coin rotated straight up and down to not skew the mint mark area in order to determine authenticity

The reason I am asking is this is in an original PCGS rattler. I do not think I want to crack it out just for pictures and I didnt want to show the grade till I had a consensus. I will take head on pictures over the weekend.

OK, But I do not want the current grade to influence any ones opinion so I blocked some of it out. I am really trying to see if I should resubmit for an upgrade. But as others have said, I ll need to send better pictures when I am not working. Here is the holder though.

I'll say 64RB as well. Looks like Die Pair #2.

Sorry for the delay, Here are some hopefully better pictures. I must say in hand it looks a whole lot more red and less dark. Let me know if this changes anyones minds.

The reverse limits it to MS63RB IMO. It is a nice piece.

MS-63 RB, but I wouldn't be surprised if when encapsulated it was a RD. Rather than trying an upgrade, I would submit to CAC since the old holders often get a premium.
