I guess a lot of collectors saw the 11 dollar in hand and was disappointed with the grading and did not bid,

It was sold. Sandy Campbell put out a twitter message this morning that "it has been repatriated to Canada, to stay"

This might be a newbie question, but does anyone know where the other ones are, or if they've been destroyed?

A silver one is in the Bank of Canada Currency Museum (on loan from The Royal Mint)
The lead one is also in the Currency Museum.

The complete electrotype was sold by Geoffrey Bell Auctions at the RCNA sale in 2016,
