I don't know how much you are willing to invest in coins but if you live in a largish city with a bank chain with multiple locations where no one else has bought the ikes there should be a central location with a few thousand Ike's stockpiled. They won't ship them cross country and you have to make friends with one of the people who orders coins(not a teller) so they can call "The Vault" for you, but those are the ones you want. If someone or you have got them already buying them would probably be easier and have a better overall quality to the ones you can sometimes get them to order for you.
