Happy birthday for tomorrow then Connor!

Good to see so many young people collecting on this thread. So different to stamps where nearly everyone is like 89 years old and smells of wet tweed. Honestly all my stamp clubs, I am way beyond pulling baby legs - to them I am pre embryonic in fact so young they were already older than me, before I was born in some cases.

I also remember starting to collect coins seriously just before my 15th birthday back in 1991.

interesting poll. glad to see some younger folks collecting. I'm 66 and started in the mid-60's with my paper route. it was a lot of fun collecting then as you could find just about anything in circulation. morgans, Peace dollars, indian heads were around as well as buffs, standing liberties, mercs, just about every Lincoln except the keys. silver was common and you were able to complete several albums except for the keys right from circulation. first big purchase 09S VDB XF40 in 1970 for $110
