Now that it has hit 12:00 am where I live meaning it is officially midnight I would like to start the thread where we report finding 2020 dated coins in circulation. As it is Jan. 1 2020 it is possible though unlikely that any will be gotten today.

I usually find that year coins by March, so it won't be me.
Rest in Peace

If anyone finds one it should have a C Mint Mark for China. I'm still looking for 2019 coins.

Ugh! I'm not even thinking of 2020's yet. I've still just found only 3 of the 16 P&D's from last year (2 P quarters and a D 1-center).

In my case, I usually don't begin finding 'new coins' until early March--at best.

I will get them from a Mint purchase before I see them in change.

Can't wait to see some 2020 coins, especially the quarters with W mint marks. Anyone know what a privy number is? What's so special about those numbers?

The significance of the privy mark 'V75' comes from the fact that 2020 marks the 75th anniversary of the WWII Allied victory in 1945.

I found a 2020 dime about a week and a half ago. I posted a pic in this thread:

I received my first 2020 coin in circulation today-a 2020 cent. Interestingly enough, around this time last year, I received my first 2019 coin-the 2019-D Lowell quarter, but that was at the launch ceremony in Lowell, Massachusetts.

Until something else happens, I expect to obtain my next 2020 coin when I visit the Weir Farm quarter launch ceremony in Connecticut in April.

Checked my pocket change from the last few days. No 2020 Cents, but I did find one 2020-P American Samoa Quarter (the bats)
