Thank you all for your grade opinions. PCGS provided their grade to my account today. As a reminder to follow are the opinions from those who provided one for the 1878 CC Morgan:

@CoinCollector2012: "Pretty sure it is a counterfeit"
@keith12: "Overdipped will come back as cleaned"
@panzaldi: "Overdipped low AU"
@Westernsky: "XF45 to AU50ish"
@Zurie: "AU-50"
@IndianGoldEagle "AU-53"
@Princetane: "AU55 - Maybe a slider"

They posted the grades on my account today, they graded it as AU55 @Princetane graded it perfectly. Will post slabbed coin when I get it back.
