I'm being selective on which IHC I get, both $$$ and looks wise. So my buying has slowed way down. I'm looking for nice brown coins with sharp details that really don't cost much. Well there aren't many on ebay. I may change this up to buying raws and then getting them slabbed via Anacs if my Anacs test goes good, but there are still bargains to be found and when they are you have to jump on it. If I can find an older slab, I've been trying to get those as the grades are IMO more accurate.

This is all neat, and close to my heart since I have a XF-AU Flying Eagle and Indian collection myself. I have a handful of upgrades to do, and the only clear "hole" is the 1909-S, which I just never got around to acquiring. Apart from a few varieties, I have everything else, even if a handful of them need upgrading (and yes, I have the 1877, PCGS XF-40). But I love this set and wanted to keep making it better, until I wa laid off from a good IT job seven years ago, when collecting hit the back burner. But I love living vicariously through others!
(Still, no excuse for not having an '09-S yet. When I've looked and had some cash available, I just never found the right one at a fair price.)

Since I've been getting notes, I've slowed down the IHC, but when a nice one comes available at a good price, I have been known to pick it up. This one is an 1899.

Nice Littleton set, but you really must put all the others in the same kind of 2x2!
