My initial impression from your first photos was no FSB but I've changed my mind after viewing your latest photos.

Someone already asked this question on how you conserved this coin. I'm assuming your original photos were taken some time ago.

It's interesting what a good cleaning can reveal. My father used to bring home coins from metal detecting that looked nothing like coins, until cleaned. Nice details.

I don't see any cleaning in this coin and I agree that it might make AU58FB... I am just concerned on the scratch in the obverse devise above liberty ear... Have you all seen that?

I think two people have asked already, I'll join.... how was the coin restored Rocky? What was used in this process? I'm AU Details as well.

If E-Z-Est was used, it will still straight grade.

Coming to the conservation, my conservation technique is Acetone bath - > Ms70 swab - > silver dip. Always worked like magic for me and most of my conserved coins straight graded. You guys need to help me with the scratch that is there in mercury head above the ear... Let me know if that scratch will prevent it from straight grading. Thanks for all your inputs!
