I honestly can't say that I support the LCS acting as a middleman for a 50% cut while services like ebay exist that allow collector-to-collector sales for a 10% cut.

I can't argue either, and won't. Spend where and at whatever level you feel comfortable with. Buy local and support actual people or not; your choice. You think you're getting a screaming deal on ebay for something you haven't seen in person? Excellent. Good on ya.

So I still don't understand your rant?

Might have had something to do with scotch. It does seem silly to be arguing about something less than the cost of lunch.

I was in a dark mood when I wrote that post but I stand by it. Thanks guys, I know we're all on the same side here. I just know LCS's are suffering like every other service/retail-oriented business due to the current situation. Don't buy an $11 set if you don't feel it's fair. However, if you do, it won't break you, I would like to think.
