After numerous crashes and reloads, I finally got an email confirmation. I thought I was going to have a stroke, lol.

I had numerous gateway errors, web server down, and some pages that looked like scripting or page header code. Then the web browser checks and problems loading saved credit card info. Finally manually entered my card info and it finally worked. I didn't get a page saying my order was in but I did get an order received email (with an order number) and the charge is pending on my Discover.
I think so many problems it's slowing down the sales.

32 minutes of misery to pay almost $90/ounce for silver. Now, I'm not even happy that I got it. Honestly wish I had forgotten about this one and tomorrow I could have just felt mildly annoyed for 2 minutes about missing it.

Well I have an e-Mail confirming the order.. so I'm a bit happier now... Like ecstatic happy... I can't believe the trouble this time as compared to the last sale. I was ready at one point to give up and go home all dejected... (Wait! I'm already home)

It always takes a few seconds for it to pull my CC after I select from drop-down and in the past I would think it did not see it.

45 min later and they're still available. The site is still slow but pages are loading normally. Too many crashes were keeping the orders from going through. Keep trying if you haven't got one yet.

I've been keeping track of the number of available sets and I just got it to load. There are still 93k units left at 12:43pm, so sales are going much slower than usual, even slower than the king of all USM fiascos (the 2019-S ERP).

Apparent success at 12:43. No pending charge, though, which is an ominous sign (even in the other snafus, I got the pending charge simultaneously, and the one time I didn't, the order ultimately failed due to a supposedly invalid payment method).

It is most certainly their website, which is really a collection of hosted sites that is not scaling up capacity for these big events.
