They could be but I wouldn't worry about them being returned rejects. Cheaper to buy from the Mint that allows returns than paying more on ebay where some sellers don't accept returns. |

I haven't heard of any coin damage problems with the reverse proof sets like the 2021 Morgan/Peace.
