commems, there are quite a few examples of shamrocks as a design element used on various 19th-century tokens from Ireland, including some that circulated also in Canada and Australia, but as for the full wreath treatment, not to my knowledge beyond that 10d bank token.

Here's a lovely little unofficial farthing, probably issued circa 1830's, from Dublin (Withers 1690):
