Thanks, SilverCents! I think we have a similar take and love for searching. It's fun to find varieties and errors in a multitude of ways but bank roll searching, is hands down, my favorite. All the finds on this thread are from bank rolls.

I've gotta agree with you, CRHing is something special, especially ones from the bank. It just has an unknown element to it. With rolls you buy from LCS's, such as wheat rolls or Unc, you know exactly what you're looking for. However with bank rolls, you tend to get a mixture of everything. Most of my great finds have come from bank rolls. Sadly I'm out of the country, and won't be back till summer, so such hunting isn't avaliable to me at the moment. But the longer you wait for something, the more rewarding it is.

Search the coinage there, it will be like an exchange student but exchange change. Hope the remainder of your time there is good though.

Oh I've tried haha. Sadly the past two countries I lived in, Cameroon and Oman, only really rely on bank notes. Coinage in Oman is actually rare in circulation these days. Now 6 years ago when I was India however, I missed a real opportunity. I was able to visit Nepal when I went hiking up to Mt. Everest Basecamp, and they had coins everywhere, in little sheets. Sadly a year later is when my coin loving kicked in, and I had already moved. Nice finds! Gotta love that die trial. Don't see too many of those. And that 2019 DDO is a beauty too!

I've gotten several, from different countries, in lots I had bought on the bay, but only because there were coins involved too. The food, the people and all of the different cultures. He's been back there several times. Quote:Nice finds! Gotta love that die trial. Don't see too many of those. I will have to get pics of those I have not taken time to yet or find some more. I started out being very organized but just have multiple piles now, many not even labeled or even in 2x2's. Quote: Nice! Thanks, Elliot!
