@loonieleey, lol didn't know that existed here :p I'll have to check it out:p and I kinda am enjoying instrumentals and orchestral music while coin hunting.
@grapecollecs, it's not work if you enjoy what your doing:).
Sorry I didn't get to much coin searching last night. I usually do it on my balcony(I have a great view) but there is an air quality warning because of the forest fires in Ontario, the city is covered in a pretty thick looking smokey air. The sun looks really weird because of it. Looks like a bright red moon out.
Always liked johnny cash, copperhead road is one of songs my dad used to listen to when I was younger. I think iv hear devil went down to Georgia before but I'll let you know after I listen, I'm liking the johnny cash vibe while coin searching , copperhead road not as much. Time for devil went down to Georgia
My phone died before I got to devil went down to Georgia, so that's next the golden brown by the stranglers. Not sure who they are but I'm great with remembering songs lol not bands and artists.
Very interesting question! I voted for Country but it will often be what happens to come up on iTunes. Sweet but Psycho by Ava Max is one I've often put on recently. And of course Penny Lover by Lionel Richie!
In general, I listen to just about everything, Rock, classical, jazz, hip hop (not rap) .with more focus on rock. Given I work in the music industry, I'm around music all day. When I am organized/working on anything coin related in general, It's usually silent. It's my time to meditate, focus on the task at hand with no surrounding noise/distractions, one of the few times I can enjoy silence!
Strangely though I need to have music on when I'm working on an art project. It's either one of two extremes.. classical (like CF, Chopin's always in the mix) OR Aesop Rock (hip hop, and yes, just him.) I guess either one brings out my creative side .
That's why I started this poll, to see how different music effects my or others focus, we all have music that brings out are more artistic side. It's really interesting. Also if I worked in a music industry I think coins would be a great break in silence. Like reading a good book. I can't read an listen to music myself. I work for environmental services as an enhanced cleaner, no music at work and have to listen for codes being called so can't listen while I work really. Tho I can on breaks.
@ty2020b Just looked up the difference between rap and hip hop, raps the superficial and commercial version the grew out of hip hop. So ya I should change it to hip hop instead of rap. I don't think any of the artists I listen to could be considered rap but I'm not 100% on that lol
