Currently closing in on $4,000 this is nuts, I think it might get close to or even top $10K at this rate, not because it's worth that, but too many people right now just have more money than they know what to do with - sad indication of our current economic imbalance.

Guess what I saw today at the Long Beach expo in CA....

How-Much-Will-This-PCGS-Slab-Sell-For-At-Great-Collections?

Sorry for the weird camera angle, there was a big light above the slab that left a horrible glare if I shot it straight on. Also saw a 1913 Liberty nickel PCGS CAC and a 1969-S DDO FS-101 MS61BN, but who cares about those when there's a cricket on display!

This slab is getting more attention than, say, an 1804 dollar.

currently 3,600 USA $ for something that isn't worth 1$..Why, Why, Why? I personally never see any upside, unless the story is true..Would only ever hold some value for Fred..

I wonder what this cricket will look like in 100 years!

Because of this cricket is so valuable to some, I am thinking about ditching coins to become an entomologist.
