How about a hint on how many albums and folders you have?

I have to try...

1 and only hint...

The number of albums and folders I have is

= square root of (the number of feet in a mile - my birth year + my current age - 2930)

Thanks for the hint. Too easy!

First of all, I did the math and I see somebody else did too.
You must have a lot of albums or need a lot of coins.
Since the best guess and the same figure I got is taken, I'll be glad to get second prize maybe by going with .... drumroll

Day 5 of
The Holes Held Hostage Crisis
guess ....

398 empty holes to fill.

I guess if your previous post says yesterday then it is OK to guess for today.

That was funny!

and logical, but I might have found out how many albums he has instead of holes since the hint is for "The number of albums and folders I have is" Sorry if I steered anyone wrong.
Maybe MINT_MARQ will clarify the hint.

Here's my math
The sq root of
[the number of feet in a mile minus my birth year.
5280 minus 1980 (maybe) = 3300 plus my current age 29 = 3329]

The square root of 3329 is 57.697 etc. rounded off it is 58

There could be a difference of 1 either way depending on the month MINT_MARQ was born for the number of albums he has.

I am going to stick with the high numbers anyways and linger around my Day 5 guess number of holes which was 398 because 398 divided by 58 is 6.86 or about 7 coins per folder, which sounds about right for an average of keys and semi keys to fill all those books.

Kind of like this isn't it ? ...
Now if a train leaves Chicago with a Philadelphia destination at 1 PM Central Time and travels 90 mph, and at the same time another train leaves 2 PM Eastern Time from Philadelphia with a Chicago destination and travels 80 mph, and the length of track from Chicago to Philadelphia is 700 miles.
What time will the Chicago train pass the Philadelphia train Eastern time?

Use Right click / Select all to see Answer: The Chicago train will never pass the Philadelphia train going the wrong way!

You missed a step: "-2930" and were off by one year.

5280-1979+29-2930=400, square root of 400 = 20, hence today's guess.
