Quote: But its early days, bring on the next half. I'm back to work next week, so won't have as much time on my hands. Let's hope we can keep going. The time difference will help us then. You find what you can and them email me and I'll take over.

Quote: I suspect Steve has 'the mob' working for him!! If you call Princetane a mob, then yes. :) First scan through, I have identified 9 out of 12. Just need to work on the other 3 now. :) Update, all done now, thanks to Tane's help.

A really easy lot, I was about to start on them, seeing 6 straightaway but Triggersmob was on it and by the time I got started he had solved 11 of them and I found the last like that. The dude must like have coins wallpapered all over the house! Playing with my "world coins" helped matters too! 84 from 84! I would like to be known more as a Prince rather than a mob though

Quote: The dude must like have coins wallpapered all over the house Interesting idea. I'll run it past the misses, but I think I know the answer. I just worked out, that if I pinned up all my coins in there 2x2's on the wall, I could cover over 42 square metres of wall or nearly 18m of wall from floor to ceiling. Yeah, not sure the misses would go for that. :(

Found 6 so far, will let Steve try some others.
DG - There are two issues of coin 94, silver and cupronickel are both acceptable or are you accepting just one as judged by metal colour? Both have identical designs but different coin shape too.

You can tell which is which from the photo without guessing the colour.

No you're not crazy. Steve's coin catalogue has reached the CCF catalogue limits!

Even I have around 6500 "world coins" and bags that contain like 89 marks of old German Marks, 135 Dutch guilders, 120 Greek coins from 1838 to 2001 etc and world bags with coins from like India, Pakistan, El Salvador.
Many of my "Hits" have been from Numista or coins in my collection!
You guys see mostly my Halfcrown, Florin, Shilling and Kiwi collection - but there is so much more to my collecting.
Modern world coins rock, as they are cheap, interesting and you have some "play money" too.

The man with the moustache again!

I give up - DG stop it please with these Jose type guys with big moustaches!
The first coin was hard, I thought the man was white, those Indians look very white on coins (Possibly as Indian people are Caucasoid but with darker skin, they don't have the fuller features like most darker people do).
That is not racist, it is an observation, plus I am of colour myself. Must be one of the few here.
87 looked like Jose Marti, but then noticed Slavic Cyrillic lettering. Am I warm.

Well at least in coins colour is not an issue (except for ink printed coins).
