Wow these arrive fast lol, I received mine today and there was a couple extra gifts added along with it. I'll post some photos later tonight or tomorrow but I got the Canadian quarter 1965
Edit: thanks so much Numisrib, I didn't have any if these yet and the one penny looks beautiful, the bills unfortunately look like they got bent during the shipping but still are amazing and really cute lol. Iv never seen a small bill like the one you sent. Words don't do it justice lol but I'm super happy. I knew they arrived while I was at work(fiance let me know) the anticipation was killing me to come home and open it up.

I got my package from Rob the other day but it took me a bit to get the pics, not good with paper money. I had ask for #2 which was a 1931 3 pence and also 2 world paper but he had 6 that I needed so we made a deal. With the 6 I now have 104 different countries of world paper money, I will only show one side too save room. Thank you Rob, Belgium Czech Rep. Ghana Jordan Moldova Morocco

Hey hey gang.. I got a letter from the UK today! Many thanks again to NumisRob for a great giveaway. My choice netted me a Great Britain six pence 1921. I got some other great coins for my world collection..a pair of coins from Panama and also a pair from Ukraine. Two countries I didnt have any coins from until now so they're nice additions.

Here are the wonderful items that @NumisRob was kind enough to send my way. First is a 1942 Portuguese 5 Escudos coin. I've been eyeing one of these for a long time as part of my sailing ship themed set. Quite a coincidence that this is the coin I was destined to receive! The second item is a Geo VI three pence coin from 1943 with the "thrift plant" on the reverse. I did not have an example of this coin and it is much appreciated. Also included was another item I've been wanting for years - a 1965 Churchill Crown. Here is an interesting tidbit from Numismatic News article: Quote: The 1965 Churchill Crown was the first coin issued in the United Kingdom to bear the portrait of a commoner on the same coin as a Monarch since Oliver Cromwell in 1658. The Queen had to give her express approval for this currency innovation. To meet public demand, The Washington Post's London Correspondent, W. Dennis Way, reported on Oct. 17, 1965 that British banks ordered $19.5 million worth of the Churchill Commemorative Crowns, and the United States ordered another $14 million worth. @NumisRob - your generosity is legendary, and you are a great credit to this forum. Here's to another 10,000 posts, my friend. Many thanks once again.
