Quote: How do you return your noodled $1 and $2 coins if not through the coin deposit machine MMM ? I bag them up and take them to a bank that doesn't have a coin deposit machine. The tellers just weigh them. At least then I know I'm not going to be short-changed.

Quote: These must have been sitting around at the bank for some time as there wasn't a single coin dated after 2017 amongst them. Quite an enjoyable noodle without all the 2022 coins which I've been drowning in lately. Very nice! Quote: Unfortunately none of those 2016 olympics or 2017 possum magic coins are the ones I'm still looking for.

Day 232It's official, $2 are my least favourite coins to noodle. After visiting 4 different exchange machines I could only get a total of 6 rolls. This is all I found: Total number of two dollar coins noodled: 21100 Number of different coins found: 84Number of coins still to find: 4

Day 237Noodled $1000 worth of $2 coins. Once again almost half were 2022 aboriginal elders. Should have got another 10,000 ten cent coins instead. Total number of two dollar coins noodled: 21600 Number of different coins found: 84 Number of coins still to find: 4

Nice finds!
Just out of complete curiosity, did you noodle that from a local branch (that is, one you visit the most frequently) or did you travel a bit further to another branch and found that?

I go there pretty often on the way home from work but lately the coin exchange machine there has been empty (except for 10c and 5c) so luckily I got a decent amount of rolls for once.

Not Strathpine by any chance. I stopped by yesterday to get some 20c and $1 and they were both empty!

Day 242Another 24 rolls of two dollar coins noodled but didn't find anything I was looking for. Most interesting find was this 2000 coin with a rim Cud (I'm pretty sure I found and posted another 2000 two dollar coin with the exact same rim Cud earlier in this thread). Total number of two dollar coins noodled: 22800 Number of different coins found: 85 Number of coins still to find: 3
