She (well both of us) will absolutely love searching through any wheat pennies, and thank you for the offer as well @saturn! She's back at the house and out for the summer, so she started laying out all the gifts on the dining room table last night, I'm trying to get an overall pic of everything shes been gifted so far, but I may have to go buy an extension for table, as she's running out of room! Will need a ladder to get high enough to fit everything in the frame! However, moderators, will that be possible? I'm sure the 300 threshold will not allow me to upload a pic showing everything? If I have to upload each coin, one at a time, then it'll be about, let's see, probably this time 2024, before I could crop and upload all these coins!! Dont misunderstand, I'm not complaining, it's pretty sweet to have such a problem (rather, an opportunity)! We are forever grateful!! You guys are great

And if you think she's not paying attention, or taking inventory, of everything, you're way off! I popped 2 coins out of her album while she was gone, just to see if she'd notice, took her about 3 sec to ask what happened to her 1913 and 1914 wheaties!! However, I wanted her to keep track of which hole was plugged, by which member, and she has them separated outside the album by member, but once she finds one that is needed, she can't wait that long, or write down which member gave her the coin! She's plugged numerous spots though, also wish she'd kept up with what she had from my Stash of wheaties already in her album, to compare with what it looks like now!

People post group shots all the time. You will probably need to optimize the image to reduce the file-size before uploading... Well I've seen a few group shots, just from more seasoned members than myself! Didn't know if I needed permission, haven't tried anything close to this, but bout threw this phone in the lake a while ago trying to upload a pic with 6 or 8 Indian heads!! Electronically challenged, am I!

Guys, again I apologize, should've just taken the pic from my mancave/storeroom/coin lab! Once dining room table was started, the women (my wife) started getting involved, and, well, that's probably enough said!! Can't have a dirty table or wall or a dog/cat hair in frame, we need to accent the surroundings, etc etc etc

Saturn D51, wow, your package has arrived!! That is too much, are you members trying to out do one another? However, mrs Kennedy has been acting up here the last couple days, so I'm holding yours from her, til she straightens up and starts learning manners, how to talk to adults, and do what she's told!! Although I'll likely give in before the end of ttoday!!

Granted, poor lil baby has not been the beneficiary of a "normal" life! Their mom up and left em with my brother (she has an 8 yr old lil sis), to go take her "dream job", I won't say what this job was, but it wasn't in this state and involves red lights!! Ain't talking about stop lights either! Younger sis wasn't old enough to understand, but Kenny understood, so I can forsee some behavioral issues in our future, however, my parents would be in jail for the style of discipline that was used on my brother and I, so I have to show some restraint, and some compassion, but I'll not allow a pre-teen to live in my house without some manners & respect for her elders!
Sorry for the rant!
Although, taking her recent gifts from her, threatening to return, has had somewhat of a positive impact on her behavior!
Lord knows I would like to confiscate, her collection is either getting close to matching, if not passing up, my collection!!
So my next topic will be "any advice on where a 43 yo can bolster his lackluster collection"!! Just not sure if the response will be as successful!!
Okay okay I'm joking! Or am I?

Colin give her the guidance she needs. I believe you are doing a great job in working with her on the hobby approach. I give you thumbs up. If you ever need something and she is going to straighten up, you can email me and I will send something to her. Only if she starts to calm down lol. Good luck. There must be respect.
