Update: I got the item back in hand today and I think that I have firmly decided that I am done with ANACS as an institution. They bent the coin getting into the slab. I know they bent it that way since they gave the coin a straight grade of AU50. This further indicates that coin is made of tin since tin is half the hardness of copper. I am honestly to angry to deal with this right now. So, I will post photos later.

OP, did you ever get any sort of resolution with this? I have two submissions that are currently being delayed because one is showing "Consultant" and just came across this thread.
