Story Land is in Glen, NH. I have not been there, but folks at work think it is a great place for little kids. Now my kids are too grown-up.

I've been anonymous long enough. Here's one of me before a recent concert. (We were supposed to be in costume, otherwise I would've been in tux)

Believe it or not, I bought both the hat and Drize-a-Bone coat when I was living in Sydney. I wear them when it rains, so it's not technically a "costume" for me, but we won't tell the rest of the band. (Shameless self-plug --> https://www.mississaugapops.com)

Cool picture. So what is your instrument, Topher?

You name it, I play it. My primary instrument is the bass trombone, but I've played tenor trombone, euphonium, tuba, string bass, electric bass, piano, organ, french horn, trumpet, clarinet, flute, ukulele, and guitar. I played fife in a fife and drum corps many years ago, and I've played tenor and bass sackbuts in an early music ensemble. I will (hopefully) be playing the english horn on our upcoming Christmas concert for one piece. I even took lessons on the bagpipes a few years back. I bought an ophicliede a year ago, but haven't had an opportunity to perform on it. I think that's about it. I also collect musical instruments, if you haven't figured that out. LOL

Wow Topher! It's great that you enjoy so many instruments! My daughter Rebecca is taking harp lessons, is in the school choir and plays the trombone in the school band. Here is a picture of my family in NYC right after Coinfest: I'm smiling 'cause I have a new coin in my pocket.

Great family photo! You must have picked up something real nice at Coinfest to be wearing that big of a smile. Thanks for sharing and I'm blown away at the amount of instruments you play. Truly a one man band. Mike

Wow, a talented daughter, a coin in your pocket, a wife that was willing to go to a coin show, and to top it off a beautiful day in NYC.
Yep, I'd be smiling too! Nice one t360

Yep, and they cut the piece with the English horn solo that I was hoping to play. The good news is they cut the piece BEFORE they me play. [LOL]
