Thanks for the pics, Numisma and two_tone! That page has a very nice demographic/geographic spread to it.

Me last year, flying around Honolulu in a Q400 simulator. I crashed so many times trying to land it, but finally did it this year.

Very cool, Altaira, and well done on the successful landing. I have to ask: what does this do?

It's one of those big red emergency stop buttons - there's another one like it outside, near the computers that run everything. The sim is a full-motion one, so I'm assuming that's what it's for. If everything is going normally, the person monitoring stuff can just click "freeze" on the computer (it's just behind the sim).
I don't have plans for an aviation career, but I'm thinking of doing an intro flight one day just for fun. All the flight schools that offer it are pretty far away, though. Not sure where to go around here without a two-hour commute.

Tony - that ain't a full page of Seated dollars? My one and only of me holding BOB - I rescued him from a home that he was the proverbial "EASTER" duckling for the kid that wanted ducks for Easter morning. And the stupid parents bought her 6 - 5 eventually got eaten by foxes and I said "Enough of this crap!" I was supposed to go get 2 Pekins but Bob survived the fox attack that took his brother!! BOB is a big boy - goes about 10 pounds and his wings beat ya when he flaps them!

He's about the size (not weight) of our largest dog. Quote:Tony - that ain't a full page of Seated dollars? Thems look like halves to me.
