Yes. It was a Saturday when I had my epiphany, spawned by myriad events from the previous night.

...1997, Palm Island in the Grenadines, Union Island in the background ... sailing the Grenadines on the Yankee Clipper (the 3-mast ship, background), (Windjammer Cruises) ... ...the boat was built in Kiel, Germany, 1920s as an armor-plated yacht, was a "war prize' (WWII) & acquired by the Vanderbilt family, & sold to windjammer Cruises in 1965 ... 197' long, 30' berth, accommodated 65 passengers ... made for a great week's sailing, visiting all of the small islands we passed ...

July, 1964 ... Boy Scout Jamboree ... Valley Forge, PA ... a week of unbelievable fun ... Lindon Johnson spoke there to 51,000 scouts from all over the world ... Lady Baden-Powell, wife of Boy Scouts founder Lord Bayden-Powell, spoke there ... the Pondarosa, Bonanza Cartwrights were there...Ben, Hoss, & Little Joe ... (no Adam)...they stood in line for 7 straight hours & shook our hands ... wow! ... ...in the pic ... I'm front row, 3rd from the right, next to my finger poppin' best buddy Charlie ... Charlie's dad, our Scoutmaster, Mr. Myers, is 2nd from end, left, back row. Mr Myers was an Iwo Jima Marine, WWII ... he beat Charlie's butt so hard after this pic, that, I think Charlie's behind never recovered ... ...fast forward 61 years, this's me (middle) with a sweet 1978 Martin D28, struggling to keep up with some talented musicians, Bluegrass style... ...We're playing a song that I wrote:..." I Built The Old Log Cabin I Wuz Born In"...
