Added to the coin. no mint marks on any of the 1965-1967 coins from the U.S.

I think the nickel is a 1963, I see the flat top for the 3. Just stating my observation.

Well in that case there were no "S" mintmarks on the 1963 coins either. The mint was closed from 1955-1964. It reopened in 1965 with no 'S' mint marks on the 1965-1967 coins struck there.
