dar, ever since you posted your North Central and South American Exposition1885-86 medal, I've been looking for one. A seller on ebay had one at what I thought was an inflated price with "Best offer" option. I made one at about half of their asking price, which was immediately rejected. However, yesterday they lowered their asking price to my offer - it will soon be arriving! Seller's pics.

qktbird might be interested in this item I saw on ebay today. However, they've not been on the CCF in over two months and it seems that my DMs are not working. It's a really fine 3-D Eagle face badge! Antique 1893 Chicago Colombian Exposition Brass Police Badge W Eagle Number 339 https://www.ebay.com/itm/364409118041

Not sure how they've attributed it to the 1893 Columbian Exposition but it is a real beauty!

I wouldn't have guessed that for a police badge. Aside from the big safety pin on the back, it looks more like a door knocker!

Here's a tiny token (15 mm) from the 1883 Southern Exposition. It's not in the greatest condition, like all the of wonderful examples posted in this thread, but it's the only one I have. Click on the picture for a larger image When I first posted the image above back in 2021, commems reply had the image below attached. (THANKS, commems!!)
