I would Keep it..... Fake coins, Etc have a Very Unique Spot in This Hobby..... Just My Opinion......

Fake ASEs can be obtained for much cheaper. A quick internet search turns up thousands of them.

Yeah, I would keep it. Sure, a cheaper specimen for the "black cabinet" can be had, but this one has a story and a CCF topic attached to it now.

This is a turn of events. The photo of your coin prompted me to think that MS-69 is too high an estimate for such a coin, there are a lot of scratches. I think this is a maximum of MS-65. The eagle and shield have very hollow scratches.

No refund from ebay since I refused to return it, credit card also no refund so closed my CC account.

The cert # checks out with the PCGS site but also notice the two coins side by side. On the '95, the sun looks smaller and a missing ray below the L. Probably other differences too that we can't see from these pics. Whoops, sorry folks, I replied after only reading the first page of comments without realizing that there were 2 more pages. Guess I should really have a cup of joe before responding to posts in the morning!
