Best Finds From Hunting Rolls/ Coin Star/ Cherry-Picking.

I'm told this 1909 S is a rare find. Found CRH'ing.

nice find on 1909-S (1.8 million minted)
By comparison, the 1909 VDB mintage was 28.0 Million
and the 1909 was at 72.7 million.
Of course the really rare one is the 1909-S VDB at 484 thousand

I've done loads of cherry-picking and roll hunting over my years. I'll list some of my favorites/rarest finds below!

1858/7 S-1 FEC (VF-XF.to be graded), a cherry-pick:





1857 Obverse Clash with $20 FS-403 (~100 of these are known to exist), an expensive cherry-pick:

I have a whole lot more roll finds and Lincoln Cent varieties I've picked/found over the years but these are just a few of my favorite bigger finds. I'm a big FEC collector and have been sinking my cherry-picking efforts into that series more the last year or two, so Lincoln Cent pickups have nearly completely stopped but I have accumulated a nice collection of rare varieties in the series.
