I'll go with a 69, unless that scratch is on the slab and not the coin (over the Sun) then I would go with a top grade.

No scratch in the sun. Different lighting...

I see a few ring dings that may push it to 69, but you have a chance at 70.

wow, nice photos! Looks 70 to me but if the grader is real picky something appears to be on the shield & a few small marks? on the rim.
I've been collecting for a couple years... Favorite Coin's are Standing Liberty quarters, Working on my type set | Coffee, Corvettes, Coins & the CCF what could be better?

Quote: something appears to be on the shield are you referring to the feather at the top of the shield?

I'm seeing what looks like threads (could be nothing, could be scratches) on the right side of the shield (top section) and another small one in that same area under the eagles feather? (Edited this, obviously the talons are busy holding stuff. The feather holding the shield have always been a curious feature of the reverse design. Can't the shield just be there? It has to appear the eagle stuffed a feather over it so it stays?) Also one small spot on the second to last stripe about in the middle. I do also see what look like marks on the reverse rim, and the obverse rim, mostly near the sun. But again photos of coins are very subjective, might not be there or may be the slab.

Thanks for the feedback. Note, the first 4 images are my photos, with the coin in the OG capsule. This set of images were provided by NGC, in the slab. Also note the prong holder at K7 on the reverse is barely there.
