triggersmob, I had those caltrops growing in my yard. Took years to eradicate.
Inordinately fascinated by bits of metal with strange markings and figures

When I go to work, I'm barefoot inside my socks.

I was in Laughlin, Nevada a few years back at the Avi Casino. It was 123°, the hottest weather I have ever been in and what did I do? I walked across the sand to get to the river barefoot. I had 2nd degree burns on the bottom of ny feet.

Here in Michigan, we are at a frigid (compared to several here... ) average of about 80 degrees for highs with intermittent rain for our summer. A few days of 90+, but that's about it... Speaking of coins, I wonder how many have caltrops, etc on them?

Sorry for all of you in the heat. I moved away from it for work reasons but was in Chandler AZ in the late 1990's when it reached 122F in the shade. I still have the t-shirt.
