Silviosi; I respect everyone here, this is a great forum. and you have good knowledge on coin subjects. You sometimes throw jabs at people which makes you sound foolish and rude. SamCoin said nothing wrong and did not deserve the "you need glasses" statement. People listen to what you have to say and expect more from you than that, you have said rude things in the past and I wish it would stop so I can continue to respect you.

Cliff has the attribution correct. The coin is a Stage A. It's definitely from the first reverse die pairing, as you can see the die dent/gouge clearly below the right wheat stem, near the rim. However, the small chip has not developed yet in the upper left wheat lines. Great early die state example!

Well, I've obviously been asleep for the last couple of days and missed the ongoing discussion.

Thanks for those links to great images Ray. (My goodness those are some nice images.)
I thank everyone for the comments and have some issues at times with the die stage but this was a stage A coin based on the missing die chip in the left wheat.
CC confirmed it for me with their EDS images.

The only reason I speculated It might be VEDS was because of the slight "curve" under the tail of the 9.
My reasoning was that a VEDS might not have been polished yet, so it was more visible. I shouldn't have speculated like that.

I should have looked at more areas before throwing that out there. Since Stage A indicates an EDS coin that is how I'll mark this one.

Bottom line, this RPM is fairly easy to see and a fun variety to come across. This was the second I've picked in about 4 years
Thanks again to everyone.
