Most likely what I will do as this fills my chopmarked example well and I will not sell it anyways

Heritage archives shows that NGC has added damaged and hairlines to the chopmarked grade in the past, not sure if they changed their policy.

Yeah I'm not sure what they are saying if it does not specify cleaned though it has some hairlines
