Quote: Reposting just in case you missed it the Canada Post Strike is over. Great news. Santa's sled with my recipients gift has been stuck at the border since 11/20. Wondering how long it will take to unravel what surely must be a giant backlog of mail?

Quote: The mailman is back to work up here This is true but they where forced back to work by the government so don't expect them to work at full speed. My opinion.

Quote: My opinion. I've heard different. I never brought it up earlier thinking it may have been too political. As far as I've heard from the Union members, they were ready to go back a long time ago, but the Union leaders went grandstanding. Those leaders better watch their backs, not listening to the membership is bad news. Just....my opinion. Hey, they're back, so the ball is rolling.

Quote: The mailman is back to work up here That's great news, but after a month of backlog I don't see any newly mailed packages arriving by Christmas. It may help packages leaving Canada more than those arriving, which could bode well for some recipients here.
