Quote: mklpatrick, what state are you talking about, that you received these copins from? Morgans Dad, here in the great state of Texas! Houston, to be exact. They have been floating around here since mid March when I got 3 in change while buying some breakfast tacos. Then I found some in a roll I got from my bank, so I went back and snagged a bunch of String & Sons rolls from them. I just asked for a box of the new LHPs and the teller said that they don't have entire boxes of them...they had been broken up and all they had were individual rolls in stock. The strange thing is I got them at 2 different branches. One branch gave me those white String & Sons wrapped rolls, and the other one gave me brown paper wrapped "shotgun" rolls with a 2009 LHP on each end. Now THOSE I am not entirely sure are solid 2009s. I think they are, but not positive. I have 6 of those types and each weighs 4.44 ounces exactly.

Thanks for all the advise, I gave Mike's Coins ample opportunity to send me what I ordered, and after getting nothing not even a refund, I filed a complaint with my CC Co. against them, and they must already know about Mike's Coins because they gave me a refund the next day. The final slap in the face for me was they had the ba**s to send me an advertisement email for their big Memorial Day Sale including rolls of 2009 Lincoln Cents. How a business like this continues to operate is beyond me, I have done what I told them I would do and filed a complaint with the BB and reported them to my CC Co. And I do think there are many out there who just forget they placed the order, or figure it is not worth the hassle to do anything about a small amount of money and do nothing, but if you multiply $10.00 by 100's that's a pretty tidy profit for supplying nothing.

The rolls were for the LP1 lincolns. His site was the cheapest I found anywhere and I pre-ordered them before they went on sale or were released. The rolls were either $5.00 or $7.00 and it took around 5 months to get them. When I first ordered the coins, I thought it was Pa,but now the site states that Mikes coins is in NJ.
