Well, if you're gonna go down that path...

Heres a combo of George Washington Carver and Booker T. Washington!

Marve65, that one is a nice one!
I'm a bit upset about my opening Washington quarter; I should have gotten a "Cameo" designation. Take a look, what do you think?

I'm thinking because CAM/DCAM coins were more prevalent in the 70's that it would have to be a completely full frosted device to get the designation. Your coin has weakness at the top of Washington's head and very weak in the wing tips.

Thank you Marve65. I greatly appreciate your analysis!
I feel that, with so many graders at these companies (even at shows), I figured the person who evaluated this quarter gave it a '+' rather than 'Cameo' based on its look.
I'll pull it out, take a closer look, and check the areas you mentioned. Again, thank you!

I'll sneak one in while it's still Wednesday...

I present a bronze George Washington medal struck in conjunction with the US Centennial Exposition held in Philadelphia in 1876. It was designed and engraved by George Hampden Lovett, a noted diesinker of New York (he was born in Philadelphia; his brother - Robert Lovett, Jr. - was also a diesinker, but based in Philadelphia).
