if you have in-hand photos rather than glamour shots it would help in the future. these photos tend to hide a lot. color is often altered and surface flaws camouflaged.

typically I knock it one full grade using these kind of photos. the photos read MS65BN so i'll go with MS64BN
Little ding on the cheek. Disturbance above we trust. Couple of carbon spots. I like the little die chip on the T of CENT. UNC Details-Questionable color or MS-64BN smat
personally I would not send this to CAC. the fields have too much disturbance to pull a 65. the only way it would bean is if they determine its better than a 64. possible...Yes but imo those fields would hold it back and the reason several here gave it a 64. it is a nice coin though.
