Agreed! I began collecting in 1971 and as a result have many tubes of pre-1959 pennies and nickels that I got strictly from change. Wheaties were still relatively plentiful back then. And of course I have BU examples of every coin since then, again obtained just from change.

Update- just went to my LCS to try to get the rest of the relatively lower priced ones knocked out. Unfortunately, they didn't have a 29-D or 39-D. Here are the ones I got: 1910-S, 1912-S, 1914-S, 1915-S   1929-S, 1932, 1933-D, 1937-S   Now I am just missing: 1909-S VDB 1909-S 1911-S 1914-D 1924-D 1929-D 1931-S 1939-D 81/89 completed!  |

Got 4 more filled out. 1929-D, 1939-D Got these 2 weeks back but forgot to post.   1911-S, 1924-D Got these today.   85/89 Only missing the rarer dates(1909-S VDB, 1909-S, 1914-D, and 1931-S). I'll probably work on upgrades next. |
