Can you provide a sharper photo of the date and denticles below? Based on your first obverse photo, the date position doesn't appear consistent with VAM-15A.

The coin is a VAM-15A MDS before the 2 had the break for the filled 2 marker.

I don't think yours is a LDS, I do believe that you have an EDS based on the crack from the D to the denticle. There's a possibility that the obverse is a different die, or as I said originally, an LDS and that's why you don't have the die chip in the date. Without seeing all the pictures of VW's 15A, I cannot say for sure. You could always send your coin to JB, or one of the other premiere Vammer's. Hope this helps?
