Hey all, I've still got a BIG box of great stuff (decided to call it something other than "junk" to avoid the bad feelings the word brings up). It keeps changing with every deal I make (a lot of my trading stuff goes back in the box). I've got a NEW DEAL (just like FDR!). My box just sits there and has no meaning for me, it is full of duplicates. As always though, my duplicates could well be your new stuff. I did a lot of trades and was thrilled, my stuff was traded for NEW stuff. I want more trades!! So, to sweeten the deal and increase my new stuff, I'll trade coins (junk?) on a 2 to 1 basis. That is, for every coin you send, I'll send you 2. If you send me 500, I'll send you 1000. This is really a deal that is made for an infomercial, I know you're waiting for a "just wait, that's not all" but I ain't got one. Sorry to say, unless it is a really special case, I gotta limit this to people in the US because of postage costs (just sent a package to Canada for $26 that would've cost me $4.95 if it had been sent to the US). Let's see if this gets some people that have been sitting on "stuff" to get off their B_T_S and look into it!

Package sent out to you Coinaholic. It was HUGE. Over 10 1/2 pounds of coins coming at you right now! Be careful, the guy at the post office looked like he wanted to kill me for such a heavy little box. I said to him, "if it fits, it ships", then I said, "I didn't make that up, that's your policy". He didn't think it was as funny as I thought it was funny.

JaysDad, I'll try again - my world box has had some significant additional mixing since our last trade. How about a $4.95 flat rate box as full as it will go? Still have your address from last time.

Cool Jays-Dad, yeah the girl Postal Worker at the counter questioned mine and it was just 6 lbs.+ but she had the display for "if it fits it ships" staring her in the face so there was no problems. I will keep an eye out for it...yours is somewhere between here and there.

John Paul, yours got here fine and I found about a half dozen I needed in it, a very good average. Yours was late going out as every time I stopped at the Post Office to ship it, the line was ridiculous. Finally got it off on Wednesday.

Continuing on the daily theme of "I got your coins": jgfindring, I got your coins today. I haven't had a chance to really look through, but I think there will be quite a few types I don't have.
Thanks
John Paul

Box sent out to you jgfindring. Pretty big. I warned the lady that the box was going to be really heavy for its size, but she still almost dropped it as soon as she grabbed it.

Jays Dad,your box went out yesterday. Postal lady had to make two grabs to pick it up, unexpectedly heavy. Can't wait for mine!

jgringfind: I justed wanted to say thanks for some great coins. I finally had a chance to start looking through them and I was thrilled to find the Austro-Hungarian Empire and German Empire coins, the Philippines coin from when it was a US possession and all of the other 1920's and 30's and earlier coins that I haven't had time to go through yet. A lot of new additions for me!
Thanks John Paul

jgfindring, just got a great box from you. So much new stuff, thanks. I suspect that there is some definite overlap issues going on. In the box I found a 50 Forint from Hungary with weird edge damage. Last week in a box from Coinaholic I got four Hungary 50 Forints with the same type of edge damage. Weird coincidence! Probably not. I also got at least 4 50 cent pieces from the British East Caribbean States which I strongly suspect came out of my box at one point. Other coins were suspiciously familiar (before all these trades, did anyone have a stash of Bahamas 15 cent coins?). However, since I am a date and mint collector, the box was awesome. So much new stuff. Despite the overlapping, this was a great deal for me. Total cost, $4.95. Total new coins, ?, but it'll definitely be quite a few.
