I just got a bona fide ugly penny yesterday, but it doesn't meet the criteria of the contest (it's a zinc). Looks like it was on the highway for about a year. I'll try to post it tonight anyway.

Yep, that's why I excluded the Zincolns from the contest...they get ugly fast.  But sure--post it anyway for fun.

I've got an IHC cull that would win. Just gotta figure out where my 3 y.o. grandson put the cull box.

Oh I have a beut for this contest, but it is a zincer, and I dont want it to spread PVC or whatever the green goop it is covered in all over my photo area.

With all the great entries, it was a hard decision...but one coin really stood out:  This coin could really tell a story... Fiddler's buried large cent is the winner--congrats!
