A belated thank you, jbuck. I like giving this thread a bump now and then  Here's a subtle one. Sorry if the photo is a tad blurry; a half dollar is way over the practical limit for my scope, but my camera killed the color.

MintedNotPrinted, very nice Canadian toners ! . . . I was selling one of these on ebay, not takers, maybe I was asking too much. . . . I did some research on this coin so I could post a nice write-up on my auction... . . . Found out there are two types of 1967 Canadian 25-cent coins, each with a different silver composition. . . . One coin was 80% silver and the other 50% silver. . . . Supposlly there are no markings to distinguish the two...
