Richard....thanks for the contest.
This is a bit different from other ones that I have seen.
My guess is 2nd from left top row.
Facial structure and nose seems the same to me.
Can you tell us where in your travels the 2nd photo was taken?

I would say middle row second from the right. He looks like he has the same smile as you. A big happy smile!  |

Interestingly enough I disagree with all previous posts. I used the elimination method. First of all I dismissed everyone in skirts (I hope this was a good move). Then I eliminated the "obvious" not-hims. I was left with the two gentlemen in the front row, and one from each, 2nd and 3rd. Then I checked with the smile once more and made my decision, the guy on the left in front row (darker beret).

I too am going to say bottom row second from right. I think the facial structure is the same.
