I like that Irish note. Ireland switched to the Euro in 1999 so this must be from Northern Ireland. Wasn't aware that they printed their own currency and didn't just use British pounds. Cool!

The Northern Irish DO use the British Pound, that note is a 5 British Pounds note, just issued by the Bank of Ireland. Scotland has a few issuers of bank notes too. They do however use the normal British coins.

I really like these UK notes.
How come the Scotland, Jersey and Guernsey notes aren't "Sterling"?

Found this German note trolling around ebay;the photos were pretty sharp but when it arrived I knew I needed to go ahead and send it for grading. What a suprise when it came home: ==

Was overwhelmed when it came back as a 67PPQ. Just recently I saw a PMG 66EPQ. Got thinking maybe mine was a 'top pop'? I should be so lucky if that were true. All in all it is a NICE note.
