with all the +ve feedback on your video but wonder is it not time for your own separate thread? I think it would be cool (& educational) to get the backstory on your video production, journey collecting, etc.

Great notes, CollegeBarbers! On my recent short break in Morocco, I got some examples of the new notes issued in 2023... 20 Dirhams with Fez University buildings on the reverse: 50 Dirhams with Ouirgane Dam on the reverse:

100 Dirhams with Mechouar Square in Laayoune on the reverse: I also saved an earlier design of 100-Dirham note, from 2012, showing Berber nomads riding on camels on the reverse: I have been to Morocco three times in the past 20 years and each time a different series of banknotes has been in circulation!

nice notes Rob! I went to visit an Irish buddy back in 2013 & got fixated on trying to get some old first edition Euros (with the Duisenberg signature) while in Dublin. We then got a flight to Malaga, Spain, & caught a bus down to Algeciras for a ferry ride across the Strait of Gibraltar to Ceuta, Morocco. Had a fantastic other worldly experience up in Chefchaouen hills & later in Tangiers. The whole time I was visiting I hoped to come across a banknote that wasn't looking like a discarded Kleenex. Hard to believe that there was a 2012 series released b/c all I ever saw were hard worn rags or earlier series. Anyway, finally bought a few last year & in 2024 which I posted here: https://goccf.com/t/58789&whichpage=208#4065511(I would still love to get some of those older French Moroccan notes too!)

I got some cash from an ATM yesterday and got my first Charles III Victoria Cleland £20 note. Victoria Cleland is the first Bank of England Chief Cashier to return to her job after a break - she was previously Chief Cashier from 2014 - 2018 and started in the job again last year! So these her first Charles III notes.

So these her first Charles III notes. Excellent snag! I have the £5 & the £50 but have not been able to get a decent UNC £10 or £20 KCIII. Interesting that Victoria Cleland came back. Do you know the first prefix that her signature appears on the £20 Rob?
