I dont know the history of the strength of strike on this coin.

given that, I say au 53 or 55 unless the strike was known to be weak...then I'd go up into MS.

It is quite normal for the 2 rivets to be missing, even on MS-FH coins. I don't know if this is a FH coin or not.

Okay, going out on a limb: MS63FH.
