I don't think I can completely eliminate the possibility for jams.. but now it only averages a small one (easily cleared) ever 15-20 rolls. I think tomorrow ill shoot a quick video and post it for everyone to see. Now to figure out the high volume supply system. : / After that... dunno. Any suggestions on features or anything? twincam_04 Valued Member United States 420 Posts	Posted 05/22/2010 03:39 am your funnel problem, how did you solve it? do you think if you had a V design ( think of the inside of a V-hull boat) it would create a little less flat surface friction on the edges of 2 coins trying to go into the opening right before the comparator at the same time? the only thing I can see with that would be changing the opening to the comparator to accommodate the angle, or a flat "slide" just past the opening- which would mean more distance between the sorter funnel and the comparator Report this Post to the Staff
