I must admit ignorance as a main reason for my CCF name.

Although I had belonged to two other forms, and was part of the CB (radio) craze years ago, I still wasn't really thinking when I typed in my name when first registering for this forum.

So, I just typed in my first and last name, not realizing that the name should have something to do with coin collecting, and perhaps be a little creative.

Now that my first anniversary with CCF is almost here, I am content to keep the name I mistakenly typed in nearly a year ago.

My born handle was Francisco--Altho as a young man I hated it, so when I joined the Army & after I became a Citizen I changed it--Slowly over a time I realized that that IS a good handle to have--Altho no longer my first name, I still use parts of it in "some" places, or a variation of it--I've have been known as Ciscokid also--But CiScO is what I use here--O, I am also a fan of the ole Ciscokid from the ole-west--

I'm a graduate student in neuroscience, and neurons are brain cells. Not terribly creative, but somewhat unique.

The Cisco Kid.

I met him back in the 1950's, when he came to Grand Junction, Colorado.

The Lincoln Cent is the longest running U.S coin since 1909. But don't tell MI5 that I told you any this.

To everyone he meets he stays a stranger
With every move he makes another chance he takes
Odds are he won't live to see tomorrow..."

Irishraider

Was Irishwoadraider at one time which is a character in the civilization you can pick in Age of Empires. Plus I am part Irish so it seemed to fit. I took the woad part out because it sounded better. My present ebay ID is stars*hollow*coins which was sort of taken from a tv show me and my wife really like. Can anyone guess the show?

You just don't strike me as a "Gilmore Girls" fan - eh maybe so...it is a funny show!

Yeah! dsking wins! Wish I had something to give you.

Yeh, for some reason when we first got together and she mentioned that show I thought she was talking about that other older show called The Golden Girls with those old women and I never wanted to watch it at first. She finally convinced me I should watch it and I did and got hooked. I think it is a great show.

I don't play it as much as I used to jim but I still throw down on some trebuchet missiles every now and then.

I tried age of mythology and it was ok but I still like AOE. I tried to get the trial of the new one but my computer isn't fast enough and it wouldn't install.

Anymore you have to have a computer that can launch the space shuttle to play alot of these games these days. I spend any extra money on coins these days so not much left over to upgrade Super Computer.
