I'm wondering if I should take it down.

Thinking about running Mastermind this weekend instead (or also).

I will say that in cases like this, it is almost impossible to solve a cipher without having some context as to how the cipher works, unless someone is going to write up a computer program and try to brute force it.

It's not impossible. I actually borrowed the concept from a test I had to take in order to graduate, and we weren't given any clues AT ALL! We attacked it as a straight cryptoquote to no avail, and that's when I started "thinking outside the box" and solved it.

It can be done. If it were easy, I would not have put up such a nice prize!

ONE MORE CLUE: The key is in the pattern.

Not so much to solve it, just whether anyone would stick to it long enough!

I am not sure I want to post the answer to allow someone else to work it out. I'm don't feel worthy of such a nice prize. It is really too nice to be given away Scoob.
