That's it, and the seller will likely never do it again because ebay hits them in their wallet. I've reported that sellers violating listings plus I sent him an email to shake him up.... There are a lot of dishonest ones, but Billie's seemed alright to me by itself. Looking further, the seller's listings are a rip off in general.
