TNG Bedrock of the Community United States 10284 Posts	Posted 10/21/2010 7:04 pm I still say we should clarify whether a coin is graded or not. I think graded coins fetch a premium for two reasons. The first being a sure grade assigned and the second, always worth an additional $15 or more is the cost of the grading itself. I don't think the grade should or needs to be disclosed, just whether it is raw or graded. Report this Post to the Staff
mattbrowning7 Valued Member United States 321 Posts	Posted 10/21/2010 7:38 pm I get what you're saying wheezydog but I think that unknown aspect of graded or raw variable really adds to the range of guesses and the suspense of the reveal. It really makes one think, "is this coin worth getting certified", which often means, for me, coming up with a grade and a price before I decide if its certified or not. then adjusting my price accordingly Report this Post to the Staff
